What We Do
Aion Custom Works is a precision laser engraving and custom fabrication studio based in Northern Virginia. We work in metal, wood, leather, acrylic, glass, and more — producing custom-marked and personalized products for individuals, businesses, and specialty markets.
Every piece we make is produced in-house, to order. No outsourcing. No third-party fulfillment. When you order from Aion, a real person marks your piece in our studio and ships it directly to you.
What We Make
We produce work across three intersecting markets.
For consumers, we make personalized items that are meant to be kept: engraved flasks and barware, leather wallets and accessories, custom knives, tumblers, cutting boards, slate coasters, wood signs, and gifts for weddings, retirements, and milestones. These are pieces that carry meaning because they’re made to order and built to last.
For businesses, we produce branded merchandise and executive gifts that actually impress: metal business cards, desk nameplates, QR code plaques, branded gift sets, company signage, awards, and recognition pieces. A laser-etched metal business card that someone keeps on their desk for five years does more for your brand than a thousand paper cards. Permanence is a brand statement.
For specialty markets — including the firearms community, tradespeople, and collectors — we offer precision engraving on metal that demands both technical accuracy and artistic control. Deep marking, high-contrast etching, and detailed pattern work on steel, titanium, and brass.
